Time to get ready to fire up those grills again and this recipe is so easy you can make a weekend night out of any night! This is one of my old standbys. It is inexpensive, can easily be made with ingredients you already have on hand and is so so so very tasty! Here you go: Garlic Lemon Herb Porkchops
What You Need:
4 boneless pork chops
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbls. vegetable oil
4 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
What You Do:
Mix all of the ingredients in a ziplock bag with the pork chops and marinate at least 2 hours but the longer you marinate them, the better they will taste. I always aim for at least 8 hours. Turn the bag a few times a day to really get those juices moving. Grill these bad boys over medium heat for about 4 minutes a side, until they have reached your level of desired doneness. I usually serve these up with some asparagus and some corn. They are delicious and so easy! Make it a weekend tonight!
